"Grand Configurations: Making Sense of Attitudes and Behaviors"
You know them; you have seen them, you have read about them, and have perhaps used them. These combinations of planetary relationships form important and unique chart structures. Grand configurations are important in client work for they indicate not only central personality themes, by way of making connections to
house rulers and dispositor chains. Together we will explore and discover the integration of these facets of the personality and find new ways to
interpret these structures.
Richard Smoot is a certified astrologer in multiple astrological associations nationally and internationally and has been a professional astrologer since 1971. A former social worker for the State of Michigan, he currently is the Operations Manager for the International Society for Astrological Research; the publisher of the ISAR International Astrologer; a publisher for NCGR journals; Chair of ISAR’s Consulting Skills Program; serves as a group leader in OPA, and is involved providing service in many other organizations. Over the years he has owned and operated AstroDatabank and is the recipient of the Regulus Award for Community Service in 2018.
