The first half of this course will cover the qualitative and quantitative factors of the planets in signs and houses. This will include five essential dignities, the accidental dignities, sect, joys, combust, under the beams, and various other factors that help us to access a planet’s condition in the horoscope. The second half of the course will focus on the dynamic components of interpretation like sign aspects, degree aspects, reception and house lords. We will cover moiety, bonification, corruption, and how planets can give testimony, aversion, overcoming or mitigation. At the end of the eight weeks you will have a comprehensive set of techniques which were handed down to us from our ancients.
*There will be optional homework in the way of quizzes on the concepts and you’ll be able to apply the concepts to each other’s charts (those willing to participate) as you work in pairs or teams between classes.
Following this course will be two 4-week courses on classical predictive techniques. One will cover Profections, Solar Returns, their inter-relation and transits. The other will cover Fidaria and Zodical Releasing.
