Lots (often called Arabic Parts) have been an integral feature of Western astrology since the Hellenistic period, with roots in Greek and Egyptian traditions. During the Middle Ages, Persian and Arabic astrologers further refined and expanded their use. Understanding the Lots provides astrologers with powerful tools for prediction, as well as rich sources of esoteric and spiritual insight.
In this talk, we will explore both practical and spiritual applications of the Lots, focusing on some of the most widely used, including the Lots of Fortune, Spirit, Death, and Marriage, along with several others.
